How do I send a pump in for repair?

See website ( Press the “repair request” tab in the upper right corner. Complete the questions regarding identifying information and type of repair. Upon completion of your request an automated email is sent to the customer service department. We will respond with confirmation, a service ticket number for each repair and a ship to address.

How do I get set up as a new customer?

Call or email the customer service department so that we may get new customer form to you.

How do I get my pricing on a part or repair?

Call or email the customer service department and we will get the pricing for you or put you in touch with your sales representative.

How do I send in a parts order?

Call, email or fax us your purchase order.  We will respond with confirmation and tracking.
